Community Spotlight: Dixon Chiropractic Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

Dixon Chiropractic provides the essential services of chiropractic and acupuncture to help relieve pain, decrease stress, and restore the mind and body’s harmonious balance. Age isn’t a factor at Dixon Chiropractic, in fact, our family practice is primarily focused on pediatrics, prenatal/postnatal, and women health.

During the first visit at Dixon Chiropractic a thorough examination is used to determine a diagnosis as well as treatment plan. Subsequent visits involve therapy that could include any of the following treatment: Chiropractic adjustments, Acupuncture Therapy, Thermal Therapy, Ultrasound, Stretching, At-home exercise rehabilitation, Ultrasound, Muscle Therapy, and Cupping. Chiropractic and Acupuncture is the perfect blend of holistic therapy to treat many conditions without the use of drugs. Currently, Dixon Chiropractic provides services for musculoskeletal conditions, allergies, digestive issues, mental and emotional well-being, and reproductive issues. In addition to our therapy sessions, Dr. Ashley Dixon, DC performs DOT/CDL Physicals, Yearly Pediatric Spinal Exams, and School Sport’s Physicals.

Hi Dr. Ashley! It’s so nice to meet you. Tell me about you, your history, your background and how long you have lived in the Fort Lauderdale area?

My name is Ashley Dixon, DC Chiropractic, Wife, and Mother of 2 and I'm born, raised, and currently live in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.

That is incredible! How did the idea or concept of Dixon Chiropractic come to life?

I'd like to think my chiropractic practice is unlike any Chiropractic office you have been to. My idea came from my own personal desires for a health care establishment. While I am a doctor, I am a patient as well and it's important to feel comfortable with your doctor and the office. I designed my office to do just that. When you call Dixon Chiropractic, you will talk to me. When you come into Dixon Chiropractic, you will be treated by me. It's my way of letting patients know, that I know every aspect of their care. I want patient's to truely believe, I am trying my "best" to help them achieve their wellness goals. I believe this premise is why Dixon Chiropractic ha been so successful throughout the years.

Dr. Ashley, tell me a little about (your biz) and what you offer?

Dixon Chiropractic accepts most insurance, but insurance isn't necessary. Dr. Dixon keeps her overhead low to be able to provide the best care at an affordable rate. Consultations are complimentary and I also have Free First Baby Check-Ups for newborns-24 months old.

What’s your favorite thing about Dixon Chiropractic!?

The patients. Without them, Dixon Chiropractic wouldn't be what it is today.
