It was a gorgeous day: Friday, February 12th around noon time. Love was in the air... Of course it was… Because it was Valentine’s Day Weekend! 💙
It was a perfect day… The sun and sky smiled upon them... A radiant sun and a clear blue sky that lit up their hearts and faces with love, peace, and joy. K+M were blessed to be able to enjoy each other’s company. They walked a few blocks to @billyjacksshacklbts. A hidden gem located in @LauderdaleByTheSea (#LBTS), Florida. 😀😀
♥️💙 As K+M walked into Billy Jack’s, they realized how perfectly curated this hidden gem was… In both 2019 and 2020, @billyjacksshacklbts won @tripadvisor’s certificate of excellence award. Wow! She fell in love with it…
❤️💙 This was her first time at Billy Jack’s… As you walk in, the restaurant is divided into sections... On The Left: tables and chairs are separated from each other by three wood walls… In The Back: a raw bar. In The Middle: tables and chairs. On The Right: the bar area. Outside Seating Available… Each area feels so unique, yet it adds up somehow. Wow!
♥️💙 K+M sat in one of the areas separated by the three wood walls... What is so magnificent about it is that the walls are decorated with dollar bills… But, these are not any ordinary US dollar bills… They are extraordinary ones because they are happy dollar bills… Yes! Because they are blessings that have been bestowed by happy customers. Each dollar bill represents a happy visit, as each customer has left their artistic footprint of each one of them. What a blessing! Wow!
♥️💙 K+M were graciously assisted by a wonderful and helpful host and server. “M” was marveled by the menu items… “K” had already been there and he smiled as she glowed with curiosity about it. ♥️💙 K+M shared their lunch as they ordered an amazing salad with a distinctive name, “The Wedgie.” Yes! You read that right… Lol. 😀 K+M also had the most delicious signature dish called “Mac ‘N Cheese Steak.” You see, “M” would have never thought that a Mac N Cheese Steak combination was possible.... “K” smiled as she shared her thoughts about the menu! 😀
♥️💙 Billy Jack’s Shack is a restaurant born out of a dream… Definitely, the perfect spot for K+M to spontaneously wish upon capturing their future dreams… They did so by conducting an art activity together while at the restaurant… Remember the happy dollar bills I mentioned above? Well, you guessed it… The restaurant provided them with markers and a stapler. Together, K+M decorated and displayed their happy art piece... What an unforgettable experience! It felt like so much fun! Wow! 😀😀
